The Loose Tooth Declaration

Hi all,

First I want to say THANK YOU for your prayers for our very long day! We felt such peace and grace and I know it was because of your prayers lifting us before the Throne. God is good.

We met with two doctors, an Ear, Nose, Throat specialist and an oncologist that Judah had seen in the summer for his yearly checkup at the Long Term Survivorship Clinic. After seeing the images and reading the reports of the tests Judah had done over the last week or so, they agreed that removing both of the most enlarged lymph nodes was the best course. This will enable a pathologist to more easily perform the biopsy necessary to get the information they need to rule out anything bad. After that is done, they will take a sample with a needle from the spot on his thyroid to examine that.

Eric and I agreed that we felt such a peace all day. The doctors were so kind and gentle, explaining all the medical things so Judah could understand (and us!) Both seemed like people of faith who expressed great optimism and had very good “bedside” manner. They said they tend to be most concerned for children who have had radiation in past treatments and Judah did not. Nonetheless, with Judah’s history, these things are concerning enough to them that they want a biopsy as quickly as possible so we all know what’s going on. We are hoping the surgery will happen in the next week or so – I’m waiting to hear from the scheduler.

We are fully expecting and declaring that when those lymph nodes are examined, they will be benign. And that when they look into the thyroid, it will contain no threat to his health. We attained great victory in Judah’s life 12 years ago and we are enforcing that again.

One night recently, some number of days before the concern about Judah’s neck area came to light, I had a night dream. I dreamed that I was really worried that something was very wrong with Judah’s health. I was almost panicky in the dream. Then he came to me and showed me a very loose tooth. The dream ended at that point.

Over the last few days, the Lord reminded me of this dream while I was pouring out my concern to Him, almost like it may be concerning and worrisome, but it’s just like a loose tooth, which can just be removed easily and represents no substantial threat to his health.

Eric and I are taking this as a prophetic dream, indicating how we should pray.

Please declare with us in prayer:

In Jesus’ name, whatever is going in his neck is made whole, right, and perfect. Anything that needs to be removed is no more troublesome than a loose tooth and Judah’s health shall remain perfect and his body at peace. We declare this in agreement with our Lord Jesus Christ who taught us to pray “on earth as it is in heaven.” In heaven there is no disease and we are escorting the will of God to earth with our prayers because He gave us the privilege and command to do so.

A wonderful end to our day was returning to Eric’s parents visiting from PA! What a blessing to have them here and especially during this time. Eric’s dad, Eric, Hannah, Judah, and Josiah will all be hunting tomorrow and Judah is determined to take his first deer.

Thank you for your friendship and partnership in fighting the good fight of faith!

Warmly,

Deborah
