How Judah Beat Leukemia in 2002

"Against a deadly diagnosis, Judah’s story became a testament to the power of prayer and God's promises."

April 2002: Judah had been unwell for 3 weeks with fever and poor appetite. Blood work revealed low white and red blood cells.

Initial Tests: Bone marrow test showed no leukemia initially. Doctors monitored him carefully and began antibiotics in case of infection.

Diagnosis: AML (Acute Myelogenous Leukemia) confirmed on repeated bone marrow test. Aggressive chemo needed immediately.

Deborah's Journal — May 14, 2002 Faith is anchored in God’s Kingdom even in the hospital, trusting the report of the Lord.

Judah started chemotherapy immediately. Every step in the hospital, declarations of healing and victory over Judah.

“Faith comes by hearing and hearing the Word of God.” – Romans 10:17

Remission: First round of chemo worked. Judah declared in remission after 6 weeks.

Relapse & Battle: Leukemia returned months later. Family continued to declare truth over Judah’s body.

Deborah's Journal — Nov 5, 2002 PUSH — Pray Until Something Happens!

Bone Marrow Transplant: February 11, 2003, Psalm 23 became prayer: “Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil.”

Transplant & Victory: March 11, 2003 — Judah discharged, healthy, never readmitted.

Judah was discharged on March 11, never to be admitted to the hospital again!
